Seeking unique, quality western products for the Mule Days Celebration

Vendors from the current year’s event will be invited to return before new vendors will be invited to attend.

At the conclusion of the December 1st vendor application deadline for returning vendors, the number of available spaces for new vendors will be determined (typically 2-6 spaces per year). During January the Concessionaire Chairman will review the new applications, photos, brochures, and other documentation received from new applicants. New vendors will be notified in February if chosen.

Indoor booth space is approximately 10’ x 20’ (inside) or outdoor booth space is 20’ x 20’ (outside) depending on booth location on the fairgrounds. If you are chosen as a vendor the Concessionaire Chairman will assign the booth location. No dogs are allowed in all Concessionaire areas.

New Vendors

You may complete the application online by clicking the Concessionaire or Food Concessionaire Application link, or download and print the Concessionaire Application from the link at the bottom of the online application. Do not send money at this time. Please send photos of your booth and products, pricing, and list of previous shows you have attended as a vendor. Food Vendors, please send a sample menu with prices and a photo of your booth. Please send a SASE if you would like your photos returned. In the event you are not chosen you may request your information be kept on file for the following year. Items not listed on your application may not be sold and booths may not be shared. The deadline for new vendor applications is January 15th to be considered for the May event.
